Hmmm... six non-important things/habits/quirks about me
1. I have affectionately called my loved ones dorks for years now. So much so, that my grandmother says it now.
2. I LOVE to read. I'll read cereal boxes and other random things if I can't get my hands on a book (this usually happens when I'm at someone's house). Oh yeah, and it appalls me when I find out that people don't have library cards or that they haven't read a book for more than a few months.
3. I rarely watch tv but when I do it's either the news, Greys Anatomy, or Heroes. I am kind of ashamed to admit that I will be watching the new season of The Flavor of Love, so don't tell anyone. That will just be between you, me, and anyone else who stumbles across this blog.
4. I don't dance. I usually feel self-conscious and awkward, regardless of how many other people are on the dance floor. One of these days I'm going to make myself take a class to get over it.
5. Cheesecake is my absolute favorite dessert. I love the tuxedo cheesecake from The Cheesecake Factory. I also love pineapple cheesecake. What ever happened to the fund-raiser where the kids sold cheesecake? I always knew I would get my pineapple flavored cheesecake at least once a year from them. Anywho, The Cheesecake Factory offers pineapple upside down cheesecake as a seasonal item. I highly recommend it!
6. I plan on relocating in 2009 but I have no idea where I'm going LOL. I've been feeling kind of stagnant lately and almost like I'm wasting the time that I set aside for myself to "do me" while I don't have the responsibility that comes with having a family/spouse. I would love to move to NYC but it definitely wouldn't be good move from a financial standpoint since the cost of living is astronomical. If any of you love the city you live in let me know so that I can add it to my list of possibilities.

I can identify with almost everything you've posted, including wanting to move. Except for the cheesecake, never really been a fan but I may try to whip up a vegan one at some point.
I stayed in NYC for several months and it was amazing in both negative and positive ways. It's one of the few cities you can be riding on train with a millionaire and a transient. It's a huge leap from Orlando but you're young and it will be a wonderful experience. There are so many cultural happenings you won't know what to do with yourself....LOL!!!
What about Chicago, Atlanta, Philly?
How funny "dorks"! I call my girlfriends "trolls", but it is always with love!
@ meikmeika, Thanks for the suggestions. Chicago and Philly seem like they would be great choices. ATL is out for me... mainly because it seems so "typical". Most of my friends who relocated moved there and I want to make a pretty big change by moving away from everyone I know, so that I will be forced to start from scratch. Maybe this is a sign that I'm having a quarter life crisis lol.
@ Tra. Trolls is too funny. I call my siblings "The Natives" and my ex will always be "Slow Baby" to me. The funniest part is that they always respond lol.
Hey - Thanks for stopping by. I've had that pineapple cheesecake from Cheesecake and I swear it was heaven on earth.
Cheesecake it the dessert of the world I believe. Good with fruit, nuts hell it's even good with a side of ass.
I agree on the tv watching, all except "Everybody Loves Ray" and Dave Chappell Show they both crack me up for some reason. Also the shows that come on Showtime on demand. If I miss the "L Word" or "Dexter" I will sit and watch them both for a couple of hours.
