The rules are:
1) Link to the person that tagged you.
2) Post the rules on your blog.
3) Share 6 non-important/habits/quirks about yourself.
4) Tag 6 random people by posting links to their blogs.
5) Let each of them know they've been tagged
1. While I was laid off I discovered that movies are $5 before noon at the theater near my house. So I ended up seeing quite a few movies to break up the monotony.
2. Recently I discovered something even better than the $5 movies when I found out about Redbox. They are vending machines that dispense DVDs. They have current movies, I rented Sex and the City the same day it was released. Best of all, the movies are only $1 plus tax and you can return them to any location. Take a look at the site to see if they're in your area.
3. I'm such a bookworm and nerd that I know that yesterday was the last day of Banned Books Week lol. Banned Books Week is a celebration of our intellectual freedom. In honor of the week I read The Giver by Lois Lowry and The Color Purple. Both books were excellent, even though The Giver is a young adult book it really made me think.
4. I am the Queen of Procrastination. Meikmeika's recent post reminded me about the sewing class I took last December and the fact that I have yet to complete a garment. I do however, have several in different stages of completion.
5. I absolutely cannot drive without taking off my right shoe. Even if I'm wearing flip flops or sneakers it just doesn't feel right.
6. All the doors in my bedroom or any room that I sleep in(including the closet and dresser drawers), have to be closed or I can't fall asleep.
Ok, that's all the neuroses that I'm going to share today! I'm entirely too lazy to look for people to tag so... If you're reading this and want to play along then you're it!

I've seen the Redboxes and need to take advantage of them. Procrastination is my middle name... I took a sewing class through Joann's some time back but didn't really learn much. The teacher was more about pushing the $1,000 sewing machines we were using...blah! I'm still waiting on a pic of that crocheted purse you posted a while back.
The driving without your right shoe made me laugh...but was interesting!
Hey Girl I love your playlist, you took it back.
I think I haev seen no boxes but paid them no mind, I think I need to start checking them since going to the real mives has become imporssible with two kids, however the drive in comes in handy, lol. I also had to laugh about the no shoe while driving and with the procrastination don't feel bad, I always try to get over it but now I'm starting to think it's in my blood. I have an assignment that is due tomorrow and I haven't even looked at it, lol
Take Care
Good post! I love knowing the little idiosyncracies of other bloggers.
BTW, I like your playlist and the fact that you are an avid reader. Intelligence is so fab!
Greetings, just stopped by to drop a line. I hope to have updates this fall.
Take care~
Usually I share some of the quirks of taggers, but you have me beat. For sleeping I have to have something over me, you know for the Boogie Man. LOL. Thank you for featuring TT's with that lovely style, very creative.
Hmmm, it's beginning to sound like procrastination is a trend among us blogging lockers :)
@MM Girl, that crocheted purse is a long forgotten memory lol. I think it's down in the bottom of a basket somewhere.
@BB, oh you took it back with the drive in. Now I'm jealous because they closed the last one in this area down some years back.
@NS Thanks girlie. I get really sad when I think about people who are illiterate or don't have access to books because I can't imagine life without them *sigh*. And I am always at a loss for words when people tell me they can't remember the last time they read a book... or worse yet, that they don't have a library card.
@Queenli, can't wait to see your updates.
@Carmen I have to have a blanket too! Oh, and I also have to have the fan on (for the noise)... even if the heater is on. My ex says that he knew I was a little cuckoo the very first time he stayed over lol.
My Bloglines has a gajillion new posts! I'll be stopping by to check on you ladies some time this week. Hope all is well :)
